Bespoke templates

Create workflow templates using the Workflow Template Designer facility. Decisions, processes and automated actions can be implemented into the templates. These templates can then be selected when creating a workload.

Take action on task

Current workload tasks are displayed to the users. The task can be actioned with a single click and the relevant facility or prompted decision will be displayed. Additionally, tasks can be assigned to a department.

User roles

User roles and departments can be configured. Users can then be assigned to multiple roles. Templates can include a reallocation stage to a particular department, allowing for an easy automated transfer of the workload across your company.

 

SLA support

SLAs can be applied across your templates, defining allowed time for certain actions to be performed. SLA status is displayed using red, amber and green indicators, based on time remaining for the action to be completed prior to the deadline.

Events timeline

Each action by the user is recorded against the workload via the Timeline. The Timeline displays a chronological audit of actions and decisions performed by both the system and user against a workload.

Automated reminders

Reminders can be automatically sent to both users and clients such as upcoming renewals, deadlines and outstanding actions. Additionally, reminders can be sent to users by administrators.

 

Mobile platform

Workloads can be viewed and managed via the mobile app. Company administrators can view all workloads across the organisation at a glance, including the current workload task and a full timeline of occurred events.

Risk layer support

Workloads can be created per risk layer within the system. This allows for individual layers to follow their own workflow process.

Renewal list

The Renewal List displays upcoming expiring risks. The expiry date range can be managed by administrators. Risks can then be renewed via the facility and instantly create a new workflow process for the renewal quotation.

 

API support

Workflow processes and decisions can call upon APIs to utilise automation and powerful data retrieval from other systems. Additionally, RiskPro can receive API calls from 3rd party systems to provide 2 way communication.

Document management

The Workflow system utilises the RiskPro Document Management System, providing an industry leading paperless office experience. Workflows can also generate documentation automatically to be filed into the DMS.

Interactive reporting

Workload data can be used for reporting via the RiskPro reporting engine, or 3rd party reporting suites. Screens displaying data can be sorted and grouped to easily view your data.
